What I do at the Counseling Center: I see clients in individual and group therapy as well as supervise graduate trainees. I also participate in campus outreach events where we promote mental wellbeing at BU.
How long I've been at Baylor: I joined BUCC in August 2026! I'm very happy to be here.
What I'm passionate about: I believe that healing often happens best in relationships. As a therapist, my goal is to cultivate a relationship where you not only feel safe enough to experience and express your emotions but also safe enough to collaboratively and creatively manage the stressors in your life. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you experience warmth and acceptance, learn new skills, and continue growing into the person you are meant to be. I find it especially meaningful to work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, grief, identity development, and religious/spiritual struggles.
A little about me: My time outside of work is often spent in quality time with loved ones, reading, doing puzzles, trying new recipes, and enjoying live music and dance!
