Care Management Services

Clinical Case Management Services are designed to help students get connected to resources outside of the Baylor Counseling Center’s scope of service. This also includes problems solving with a counselor barriers that you may be facing getting connected to these resources. Our counselors providing case management appointments stay connected and updated on community resources. Case Management Services empower students to continue accessing specialized treatment within the community, enabling students to achieve their mental health goals.
