What I do at the Counseling Center:
I provide individual and group therapy to Baylor students, lead a supervision group for interns at the Counseling Center, participate on committees, and engage with students and others at campus events.
How long I’ve been at Baylor:
I’ve been working with Baylor students since 2016.
What I’m passionate about:
I enjoy collaborating with students on their goals for improving their mental health. I often work with students who want to address their anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, relationship difficulties, academic stressors, or eating concerns.
A little about me: My favorite moments often involve listening to music, exploring nature, baking a treat, or spending time with my family.
