What I do at the Counseling Center: I provide individual and group therapy, support graduate trainees, and promote mental health awareness and resource access through campus outreach and engagement at Baylor.
How long I’ve been at Baylor: I’ve been at the BUCC since the beginning of August!
What I’m passionate about: I love working with students as they navigate adjustment, trauma-related concerns, attachment, and family-of-origin experiences. I am passionate about helping clients move toward healing and growth, integrating those experiences into their lives, and exploring religion and spirituality.
A little about me: I love being active and exploring nature, watching movies, reading, and spending time with the people I love. I can usually be found drinking coffee, laughing, and talking about my 2 cats.
