Additional Information about Regina Mastin

Regina Mastin is our Clinical Dietitian at the Counseling Center.

Regina Mastin, a Registered and Licensed Dietitian since 1994, was educated at Baylor University and Texas Woman’s University. She completed her dietetic internship at the Houston VA Medical Center. She spent the first part of her career as a clinical dietitian in the hospital setting.

Her interest in disordered eating begin in 2006. She stays abreast of eating disorder best practices by attending conferences and training by leading professionals through Academy of Eating Disorders, The Renfrew Center, National Eating Disorders Association, International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp), Reflections Body Image Academy, ED Bootcamp, on-site visits to treatment facilities, and hundreds of continuing education hours specifically in the treatment of eating disorders.

She is a member of iaedp, EDRDPro, International Federation of Eating Disorders Dietitians and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is a Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian (CEDRD). Regina believes in a weight neutral, non-diet nutrition philosophy that encourages a lifelong positive relationship with food and body.
