Areas of Interest:
I enjoy developing authentic relationships and accompanying people through the suffering that leads to growth. In therapy, I work to help students tune in to their own experience, acknowledge what is good and what is difficult, and make a choice that is meaningful to them. I have a passion for relationship-oriented work, including work with couples, those with sexuality concerns, those who have experienced loss or trauma, and those developing their identity. I also enjoy discussing leadership and helping form future leaders.
Favorite Quotes:
"The world is indeed full of peril, and in it there are many dark places; but still there is much that is fair, and though in all lands love is now mingled with grief, it grows perhaps the greater." J.R.R. Tolkien "But there was no need to be ashamed of tears, for tears bore witness that a man had the greatest of courage, the courage to suffer." Viktor Frankl
