What I do at the Counseling Center: I provide individual and group therapy to students, lead our campus partnerships to collaborate and promote mental health awareness, and supervise trainees and interns.

How long I’ve been at Baylor: I’ve been working with Baylor students since 2020.

What I’m passionate about: I enjoy helping students manage anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders, navigate eating disorders, and process grief and loss. I’m also passionate about facilitating group therapy and supporting students exploring religious and spiritual concerns.

A little about me: When I’m not at the Counseling Center, I love planning my next travel adventure, binge-watching reality shows, and spending quality time with my daughter.

Professional affiliations: Member of the Association for Contextual Behavior Science (ACBS), American Group Psychotherapy Association, and The Association for University and College Counseling Center Outreach (AUCCCO).
