What I do at the Counseling Center: I provide individual therapy for students, support outreach programs, and supervise graduate trainees.
How long I’ve been at Baylor: I’ve been at Baylor since 2023.
What I’m passionate about: I’m passionate about helping students sit more compassionately with their own story and supporting them in exploring how they can flourish within the context of their whole person – both their gifts and growth edges.
A little about me: I’m a proud adoptive parent to Gilbert the goldendoodle and enjoy adventuring around with him. In my spare time you’d find me tinkering with a new recipe, drinking coffee, reading, or participating in church-affiliated and/or community activities.
Professional affiliations: Member of the American Psychological Association and Catholic Psychotherapy Association.
